Data Recovery Corp knows one most basic business relation – as there are many different clients, there should be options that client should be allowed to choose. We prepared these eight data recovery service options, that you could choose one that suits you best. Service options are detailed below:
Free Diagnostics Service - the evaluation report is provided within 3 (three) business days. The approximate turnaround time for a potential recovery is 2 weeks (10 business days).
24-Hour Diagnostics Service - the evaluation report is provided within 24 hours. The approximate turnaround time for a potential recovery is one week (5 business days). The work is performed Mon - Fr 9am-5pm.
Premium Service - the evaluation report is provided within 6 hours. The approximate turnaround time for a potential recovery is 4 days where the work is performed Mon-Sat 9am-6pm. 10% surcharge on top of the cost of the recovery.
Premium Plus Service - the evaluation report is provided within 4 hours. The approximate turnaround time for a potential recovery is up to 4 days where work is performed Mon-Sun 9am-9pm. A dedicated account manager will provide updates on the progress every 4 hours. 20% surcharge on top of the cost of the recovery.
Advantage Service - the evaluation report is provided within 3 hours. The approximate turnaround time is up to 4 business days where the work is performed Mon-Sun 9am-12am. A dedicated engineer and an account manager are assigned to provide updates on the progress every 4 hours. 30% surcharge on top of the cost of the recovery.
Emergency Service - the evaluation report is provided within 3 hours. The approximate turnaround time is 48 hours. A dedicated team of engineers will work around the clock until the specified files are recovered. 40% surcharge on top of the cost of the recovery.
Premium Emergency Service - the evaluation report will be provided within 2 hours. A dedicated team of engineers will work around the clock until the requested files are recovered. A clean room will be assigned specifically to your case. The necessary donor parts will be ordered as soon as the failed media reaches one of our locations. 50% surcharge on top of the cost of the recovery.
Specialized Emergency Service - for raid reconstruction and recovery only. Diagnostics in 4 hours (including weekends). Estimated Data Recovery time 3 days. Team of senior engineers is assigned to work exclusively on your media. Work is carried out 24 hours a day until all specified data is recovered. Recommended for business related raid array data loss.
