No data no charge policy only applies to the actual recovery cost itself, and does not include any fees associated with the recovery cost, such as fees towards the cost of replacement parts and fees associated with programming. If any such fees apply to your particular case, Data Recovery Corp will inform you of such fees beforehand, and will need your verbal and written permission to charge these fees.
