24-Hour Diagnostics Service $ 99
The evaluation report is provided within 24 hours. The approximate turnaround time for a potential recovery is one week (5 business days). The work is performed Mon - Fri, 9am-5pm.

Premium Service $ 199
The evaluation report is provided within 6 hours. The approximate turnaround time for a potential recovery is 4 days where the work is performed Mon-Sat, 9am-6pm. There is a 10% surcharge on top of the cost of the recovery.

Premium Plus Service $ 299
The evaluation report is provided within 4 hours. The approximate turnaround time for a potential recovery is up to 4 days where work is performed Mon-Sun 9am-9pm. A dedicated account manager will provide updates on the progress every 4 hours. There is a 20% surcharge on top of the cost of the recovery.

Advantage Service $ 499
The evaluation report is provided within 3 hours. The approximate turnaround time is up to 4 days where the work is performed Mon-Sun, 9am-midnight. A dedicated engineer and an account manager are assigned to provide updates on the progress every 4 hours. There is a 30% surcharge on top of the cost of the recovery.

Emergency Service $ 999
The evaluation report is provided within 3 hours. The approximate turnaround time is 48 hours. A dedicated team of engineers will work around the clock until the specified files are recovered. There is a 40% surcharge on top of the cost of the recovery.

Premium Emergency Service $ 2,399
The evaluation report will be provided within 2 hours. A dedicated team of engineers will work around the clock until the requested files are recovered. A clean room will be assigned specifically to your case. All necessary replacement donor parts will be pre-ordered before your media reaches our lab to ensure the shortest possible recovery time. There is a 50% surcharge on top of the cost of the recovery.

Specialized Emergency Service $ 4,999
For RAID recovery and reconstruction only. Diagnostic report ready in 4 hours (even on weekends). Estimated Data Recovery time is 3 days. A team of senior RAID engineers is assigned to work exclusively on your media. Work is carried out 24 hours a day until all specified data is recovered. Highly recommended for business related RAID array data loss.
